You need to raise capital for your startup, and to do that you need to meet investors. With our Investor Outreach plan, what you pay for is the number of qualified investors you get: pre-screened, handpicked investors approved by you, that explicitly express their interest in learning more about investing your startup. These are investors that indicated their interest by asking for your deck, sharing their email, scheduling a call with you, or by asking specific questions related to investing in your startup.
We guarantee that each month with us you will get a number of such qualified, interested investors as per the plan you choose (or more).
With our Investor Outreach plan, you pay for a predetermined number of qualified investors expressing interest in your startup – and we are certain we will be able to provide them. If you don’t get the number of qualified investors you paid for, your credits roll over to the following month. For example, if you paid to have 5 qualified investors, and only 4 investors actually expressed their interest during your first month of subscription, you will get 6 qualified investors in the next month, without paying extra.
Our investor lists all pass the scrutiny of our team. Each investor’s public profile is closely examined by a human, to ensure maximum relevance to your needs. We also screen them for their potential responsiveness, using our proprietary method.
We guarantee the quality of the investors we reach out to by submitting the lists to you, for your review and approval. If you find investors on the lists that you do not approve of, for any reason whatsoever (such as prior acquaintance), we will replace them, no questions asked.
We aim to. If we are researching angel investor profiles, we only select investors that we can assume to be accredited, based on their publicly known experience or position (such as sitting on boards, past exits, holding c-level positions in large companies, etc). Of course, we don’t have access to any investor’s personal or confidential information, so we cannot guarantee their accreditation status.Â

If you choose to end your subscription on our Investor Outreach plan, we will keep running the campaigns till the end of the monthly billing cycle or until you received the number of qualified investors you paid for.
However, if at the end of the billing cycle you haven’t received the number of qualified investors you paid for and do not want us to continue the outreach, we will refund you $100 for each qualified investor credit you have left. For example, if you paid to have 5 qualified investors per month, and only 4 investors actually expressed their interest during your first month of subscription, and you want us to stop our outreach and do not wish to continue your subscription, we will refund you $100.
We guarantee that you will get qualified investors. If you don’t – meaning that you only got 2 qualified leads or less during your subscription month, and choose to end your subscription and stop the outreach, you will get 100% of your money back for that month.
Note: There are no refunds and no money back guarantees for our Consulting plan or for our Bespoke plan – all payments once made are non refundable.
Once the campaigns are launched, within days you will likely receive warm, interested investors (or other leads, on our Bespoke plans) responding in person to your message. The response rates tend to gradually increase as we progress.Â
The onboarding process ahead of launching your campaigns with Native Lead takes about a week.

We pause our activity once you reach the number of qualified investors you paid for, and resume when the next monthly billing cycle begins. Often, investors will continue to respond to messages sent to them after we pause, so you might get more qualified investors than you paid for. You won’t be charged anything extra – we always aim to exceed expectations.Â

As early as possible. From day 1, even if you are not “investible” yet, you still need to build those relationships, and get advice and introductions. In other words, as a startup founder, we recommend that you keep building up and nurturing your personal network of investors at all times. If you are currently raising money, then of course there is no more time to waste. Â

Yes, we can service more LinkedIn accounts from your team. Also, in many cases we can add to the outreach without adding more accounts, but we will know that only after a few weeks of investor outreach on your behalf.Â
No. It is not our expertise. Cold emails may be prohibited in certain jurisdictions. They are also potentially hazardous to your domain, as recipients of cold emails might flag them as spam, thereby causing your domain to be blacklisted.
We are not offering or selling you our personal network. We operate a tried and tested method of cold outreach that elicits genuine, direct responses from real people that connect with your personal public profile.Â
That being said, the founding team has a substantive personal network with many strong founders and investors, and we often make personal introductions on a no-commitment, friendly basis, as a way of adding extra value to our clients and partners.
We will, but only in your LinkedIn inbox, by sharing a Calendly link (or similar). We provide a (real human) PA to manage your LinkedIn inbox with pre-set replies, to schedule calls or ask your leads for their email. If the conversation moves to an exchange of emails, we leave it to you to take it from there.Â
Yes. By default, we exclude your 1st level connections on LinkedIn. We also submit the lists of potential investors to you for approval before we move ahead with the outreach.Â
We cannot make any changes to our offered solution packages. You are paying us for the results we provide – getting you connected with qualified investors, approved by you, that express their explicit interest in learning the details of your startup and the investment opportunity you present. We cannot accept compensation based on actual investments, as we are not registered broker-dealers (as per the US SEC regulations).
We don’t have any lock-in agreements. You pay us monthly, and you are free to cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan any time before the next monthly cycle begins.
For our Investor Outreach plan (only):Â If you ask us to pause your subscription, we will not charge you on your next billing cycle (unless you ask to resume). We will continue to operate the outreach to investors till we provide you with the allotted number of qualified investors you already paid for. If you prefer that we end all activity at the end of the monthly billing cycle, and by that time you haven’t received the number of qualified investors you paid for, we will refund you $100 for each one missing. However, if you ask us to cease all activity immediately, we will do so and also stop your subscription, but no refunds will be made.Â
(Note that we reserve the right to end the service at any time. In such a case, if at that point in time you haven’t received the full amount of interested investors you prepaid for, we will refund you $100 for each one missing. )
